Mid-level applicants require three to five years experience in the field with a proven record of evaluating various types and sizes of commercial properties and projects. Senior level applicants require five to ten years of experience.
General requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat; have excellent writing and verbal skills; be able to communicate with persons at all levels; be personable; be well organized and able to multi-task; be able to meet critical deadlines; be willing to travel and be able to work independently.
