Property Solutions is excited to announce the hire of Jason M. Siller, CEM, LEED AP to serve as a Senior Project Manager for Property Solutions’ Energy Services Group.
Mr. Siller is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), an expert in covering energy engineering, project management, construction administration and building operations with over ten years in the energy efficiency industry. He has conducted a multitude of studies in energy efficiency and a wide range of building improvement measures for national and global clients.
Mr. Siller held the role of sustainability program manager working with internal and external architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to develop sustainable design and construction projects. Additionally, he performed utility data analysis including demand and consumption modeling in order to evaluate financial benefits for implementation of energy conservation measures. Mr. Siller is eager to apply his vast knowledge to help clients achieve lowest cost in new and existing buildings.
